1. General Terms

Skinpheras Aesthetic Centre is operated by Senryaku Management Pvt. Ltd. By booking a consultation, purchasing a package, availing a service, submitting an enquiry form, visiting our clinic, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Skinpheras provides medical aesthetic, dermatology-led and advanced cosmetic services at its centre in Gurugram.

All treatments are elective in nature and are provided after consultation, suitability assessment and treatment planning by the doctor, practitioner or authorised Skinpheras team.

Treatment recommendations may vary depending on skin type, hair type, medical history, treatment area, lifestyle factors, hormonal factors, previous treatments and individual response.

2. Consultation and Treatment Suitability

A consultation or assessment may be required before starting any treatment or package.

Clients must disclose accurate and complete information regarding:

• Existing medical conditions
• Ongoing medication
• Allergies
• Skin sensitivity
• Pregnancy or nursing status
• Recent cosmetic, dermatological or surgical procedures
• Major illness, autoimmune condition, diabetes, blood pressure issues, cancer history or other relevant health concerns

Failure to disclose correct medical or treatment history may affect results and may increase the risk of side effects or complications.

Submitting an enquiry, purchasing a package, or booking an appointment does not guarantee that a treatment will be performed. Treatment suitability will be confirmed by Skinpheras after assessment.

3. Results and Medical Disclaimer

All treatment results vary from person to person. No guarantee is made regarding specific, permanent, uniform or identical results.

Factors affecting outcomes may include:

• Skin type and hair type
• Hormonal factors and medical history
• Age of concern and treatment area
• Number of sessions and treatment consistency
• Lifestyle, aftercare compliance and individual biological response

Temporary effects such as redness, swelling, sensitivity, bruising, peeling, mild discomfort or irritation may occur depending on the treatment. Rare risks may include burns, pigmentation changes, infection, scarring, allergic reaction or other complications.

All post-treatment care instructions must be followed carefully.

4. Packages and Payments

• All treatment packages are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• All prices are exclusive of GST and applicable taxes unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
• Full payment must be made before commencement of package sessions, unless an approved EMI or financing option has been agreed upon.
• Packages are meant for the named client only. Packages are not transferable, shareable or convertible into other services unless approved by Skinpheras in writing.
• Package pricing cannot be compared with individual session pricing, promotional pricing or future offers.

5. Refunds, Transfers and Discontinuation

Packages once purchased are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

If a client voluntarily discontinues a package, any refund request, if accepted by Skinpheras, may be calculated after deducting utilised sessions at the standard individual non-package rate, along with applicable taxes, finance charges, administrative charges or other costs where applicable.

Once a session has commenced, that session will be considered utilised.

Skinpheras reserves the right to decline refund, transfer or adjustment requests where treatment has started, package validity has expired, sessions have been utilised, or the client has not followed the advised protocol.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed only through the original or approved payment method and within a reasonable processing period.

6. EMI and Financing

EMI and financing options may be available through selected financial partners.

Approval, eligibility, charges, interest, documentation and repayment terms are governed by the respective finance provider.

Skinpheras is not responsible for loan rejection, delayed approval, finance charges, EMI defaults or disputes between the client and the finance provider.

7. Unlimited Laser Hair Reduction Packages

Where the term “Unlimited” is used for Laser Hair Reduction packages, it refers to eligible sessions within the package validity period only.

Sessions will be provided only when there is visible hair growth and when the treatment interval is considered appropriate by Skinpheras based on:

• Skin type and hair type
• Treatment area and hair growth cycle
• Visible regrowth and previous session response
• Safety considerations and practitioner assessment

Skinpheras reserves the right to determine the session gap, treatment settings, energy protocol, treatment area eligibility and continuation of sessions.

Laser Hair Reduction is a progressive treatment. Results vary depending on genetics, hormonal balance, medical history, hair cycle, treatment consistency and aftercare.

Clients must avoid waxing, threading or plucking between LHR sessions unless specifically advised otherwise, as these methods remove the hair root and may affect treatment results.

8. Treatment Protocol and Safety

All treatment parameters, session intervals, device settings, technique selection and procedural decisions are determined by Skinpheras based on professional assessment and safety protocols.

Clients cannot demand increased intensity, shortened intervals, additional sessions, altered settings or deviation from the advised protocol.

Skinpheras may refuse or modify treatment if:

• The skin or hair type is unsuitable
• Medical history creates risk
• The client has not followed pre-care or post-care instructions
• The client has undergone recent conflicting treatment
• The treatment area is irritated, infected, sunburnt or otherwise unsuitable
• The client behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe

9. Appointments, Cancellations and No-Shows

• Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• Clients are requested to arrive on time. Delayed arrival may result in shortened treatment time, rescheduling, or session cancellation depending on the clinic schedule.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in session forfeiture or booking restrictions.
• If a client does not attend an appointment without prior notice, the session may be considered utilised.
• Skinpheras may reschedule appointments due to doctor availability, equipment maintenance, operational requirements, safety concerns or unavoidable circumstances.

10. Offers, Discounts and Promotions

• All offers and promotional packages are valid only during the specified promotional period and are subject to availability.
• Offers cannot be clubbed with other discounts, packages, memberships, vouchers or promotions unless specifically stated.
• Promotional prices cannot be compared with standard pricing, previous pricing or future offers.
• Skinpheras reserves the right to withdraw, modify, refuse or discontinue any offer at any time without prior notice.
• Offer eligibility may depend on consultation, skin condition, treatment suitability, medical history, package selection and payment terms.

11. Technology and Product Claims

Skinpheras uses advanced aesthetic technologies and professional products for treatments.

Any reference to technology, platform, device, product, certification or approval is subject to the specific treatment and device being used.

Technology-related claims should not be understood as a guarantee of results, universal suitability or absence of risk.

12. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully with doctors, practitioners, staff and other clients.

Skinpheras reserves the right to refuse service, cancel appointments, discontinue treatment or restrict future bookings in case of abusive behaviour, harassment, non-payment, repeated non-compliance, misuse of offers, or unsafe conduct.

13. Photography, Records and Documentation

Skinpheras may maintain treatment records, consultation notes, consent forms, invoices and before/after photographs for medical documentation, treatment tracking, training, quality control and legal compliance.

Use of identifiable photographs for marketing or public communication will be subject to separate consent.

Clients may decline marketing use of photographs without affecting their treatment eligibility.

14. Privacy and Communication Consent

By submitting your information through the website, social media, lead form, WhatsApp, phone, email or clinic enquiry form, you consent to Skinpheras contacting you regarding your enquiry, consultation, appointment, treatment information and relevant offers.

Your personal information will be handled according to the Skinpheras Privacy Policy.

You may opt out of promotional communication by informing Skinpheras through WhatsApp, phone or email. Appointment-related and service-related communication may still be sent where necessary.

15. Limitation of Liability

Skinpheras will take reasonable care to provide services in a safe, hygienic and professional manner.

However, Skinpheras is not liable for:

• Results varying from expectations
• Outcomes affected by incomplete or incorrect medical disclosure
• Non-adherence to pre-care or post-care instructions
• Missed sessions or irregular treatment intervals
• Self-treatment, home remedies or third-party treatments done before, during or after the package
• Side effects or complications arising from undisclosed health conditions, medication, allergies or prior procedures

Nothing in these Terms limits rights available to clients under applicable law.

16. Final Decision Rights, Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Skinpheras reserves the final right to determine treatment eligibility, protocol, session intervals, package continuation, offer eligibility and safety-related decisions.

All treatment decisions will be made in the interest of client safety, treatment suitability and appropriate clinical judgment.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts and appropriate forums in Gurugram, Haryana, subject to applicable law.
