1. General

  • Skinpheras provides medical aesthetic services and advanced cosmetic treatments delivered by certified experts under strict safety protocols.
  • All treatments are performed using FDA-approved technology in a safe and hygienic environment.

2. Packages & Payments

  • All packages are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • All prices mentioned are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment for packages must be made in full before commencement of sessions, unless a financing option has been agreed upon.
  • Packages once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • EMI and finance options are available in partnership with selected financial institutions.

3. Unlimited Laser Hair Reduction (LHR)

  • “Unlimited” refers to sessions offered within the 1-year validity period.
  • Sessions are provided only in case of visible hair growth, as assessed by our experts.
  • Skinpheras reserves the right to determine treatment intervals and protocol based on hair type, skin type, and individual response.
  • Results may vary based on factors such as genetics, hormonal balance, and medical history.

4. Treatment Protocol & Safety

  • The treatment plan will be customised by our experts.
  • Clients must disclose any existing medical conditions, ongoing medications, allergies, or skin sensitivities before treatment.
  • In case of unsuitable skin or hair type, Skinpheras reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment for client safety.
  • Temporary side effects (e.g., redness, mild swelling) may occur but typically resolve quickly.

5. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Show

  • Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in session forfeiture.
  • No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend an appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered as utilised.

6. Offers & Promotions

  • Offers and promotional packages cannot be compared with standard pricing.
  • All offers are valid only during the specified promotional period.
  • Skinpheras reserves the right to refuse the sale of any offer or service if deemed unsuitable due to a client’s skin condition, medical history, or behaviour.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • While every effort is made to ensure safe and effective treatments, results cannot be guaranteed as they vary from person to person.
  • Skinpheras is not liable for any outcome resulting from incomplete disclosure of medical history or non-adherence to post-treatment care instructions.

8. Final Rights

  • Skinpheras reserves the final right to determine the treatment protocol, eligibility, and continuation of services in the interest of client safety and results.
  • All disputes are subject to jurisdiction in Gurugram, Haryana.
